If a student can prove what they did, the record becomes the leverage.
Vinay brings experience across entrepreneurship, hiring, innovation, and early-career pathways. He grounds Y2O in the realities of work, trust, and opportunity.
Y2O Growth Inc. is building a student-owned record for the effort,
skills, service, work, and leadership young people build beyond
grades.
We are launching first in the GTA, then expanding
across Ontario and Canada.
Grades show one part of a student. Y2O shows the verified effort behind the student.
Y2O started with one student question and became a family-built platform for students, families, schools, employers, and communities.

If grades do not show all the work, where does the work go?
Varya's experience shaped the original question behind Y2O: students do real work outside class, but much of it has no clear place to live.
The record has to be simple enough to use and strong enough to trust.
Pankaj leads the product and technical thinking behind a record built for privacy, verification, portability, and scale.
Varya was doing what many students do: tutoring, working, helping at home, joining teams, and building real skills. The problem was simple. Most of that work did not appear on a transcript, résumé, or application in a trusted way.
The honest answer was nowhere. So we started building Y2O: a record students can own, update, verify, and carry forward.
Be part of the first GTA cohortIf grades do not show all the work, where does the work go?
Every product decision starts here. If a choice does not pass these values, it does not ship.
The record belongs to the student, across schools, applications, and life after graduation.
Confirmation by a real person beats an unverified claim or black-box algorithm.
Students test the product. If they would not use it, we redesign it.
Schools, employers, programs, and communities shape what verification looks like in practice.
Y2O must work beyond Grade 12 for scholarships, jobs, admissions, and early talent pathways.
Y2O is launching where the student, school, employer, and
community ecosystem is dense enough to test properly.
The
rollout starts in the GTA, expands across Ontario, and then scales
across Canada.
Students, families, schools, employers, and community partners in the Greater Toronto Area.
Broader school, employer, scholarship, and youth program partnerships across the province.
A portable student-owned record designed for students beyond one city, school board, or province.
The GTA waitlist is open for students and families.
We are also
speaking with schools, universities, employers, scholarship teams,
and community partners.
